Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddles

Carbon fiber is the face material most performance-focused paddle brands choose today. It is stiff and light, which gives players control and a consistent feel, and raw carbon faces with a textured finish help generate spin. We source carbon fiber pickleball paddles from vetted composite factories in Fujian and Guangdong, and build them to your spec.
You can choose between cold-pressed builds, which are the most common and cost-efficient, and thermoformed unibody builds, which seal the edges and add durability and power. Face options include T700 and T300 raw carbon, carbon with grit coating, and Kevlar/aramid hybrids. Cores are polypropylene honeycomb, commonly from 13mm to 16mm, with foam-filled options on selected models. Shapes range from standard to elongated and hybrid.
Every model can carry your logo and graphics through UV printing, along with custom edge guard colors, grip, butt cap and retail packaging. Typical MOQs start at 100–300 pieces per design, samples typically take 7–15 days, and mass production typically takes 25–45 days after sample approval.
