Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of paddlemill.com (the “Site”) and to quotes, samples and orders provided by AETHER INT’L ENTERPRISE CO., LIMITED (“PaddleMill”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our products and services for business buyers. Content is for general information and may change without notice. Product images and specifications are illustrative; final specifications are those confirmed in your quote and approved sample.

2. Quotes

Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities and shipping details you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Changes to specifications, quantities, artwork or delivery may change price and lead time.

3. Samples

Samples are made to confirm design, materials and quality before mass production. Once you approve a sample in writing, it becomes the reference standard for production and inspection.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we accept your purchase order or sales contract and receive any required deposit. Payment terms, currency and methods are set out in the quote or sales contract.

5. Lead times and delivery

Lead times and transit times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, port congestion, customs inspections, weather or public holidays. Delivery terms (Incoterms) are stated in each quote.

6. Customs, duties and compliance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer acts as importer of record and is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and compliance with laws in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for confirming product classification and duty rates with its customs broker.

7. Intellectual property and artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks and artwork you provide, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their use. We will not use your artwork for other customers. Factory designs and molds not created exclusively for you remain the property of their owners.

8. Inspection and defects

We inspect goods before shipment against the approved sample and agreed specifications. If you believe goods have a defect, notify us in writing with photos and details within the period stated in your order documents. We will review the claim and resolve verified defects. Normal wear, misuse, improper storage and damage in transit are not considered manufacturing defects. Except as stated in this section or in a signed sales contract, no other warranties are given, to the extent permitted by law.

9. USA Pickleball approval

Unless separately agreed, products are not supplied as USA Pickleball approved. Where requested, we can support USA Pickleball approval testing for your model as an optional service. Approval decisions are made by USA Pickleball, and approval is held by the submitting brand.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless otherwise agreed in a signed sales contract.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
