Quickest

Stock sample

An existing factory paddle or product without your branding.

Your branding

Logo sample

A stock model with your logo or graphics applied.

  • Your artwork on a proven build
  • Digital mockup approved first
Typically 7–15 days.
Fully custom

Custom sample

A modified or new build: face, core thickness, shape or packaging.

  • Built to your spec
  • Ideal before OEM/ODM orders
Typically 7–15 days, longer for new molds.

How Does Sampling Work?

    Send your spec

    Share your spec, reference images and artwork.

  2. 2

    Approve the mockup

    We confirm the build and send a digital mockup for approval.

  3. 3

    Sample is made and checked7–15 days

    The factory makes the sample, and we check it before it ships to you.

  4. 4

    Test and give feedback

    Play-test the sample and send feedback. We revise if needed.

  5. 5

    Approve

    Once you approve, the sample becomes the reference for mass production and inspection.

Get More Out of Your Sample

  • Order two or three variations at once (for example 14mm and 16mm cores) to compare side by side
  • Play-test outdoors and indoors if your customers do both
  • Check weight, grip size and edge guard, not just looks
  • Planning USA Pickleball approval? Tell us before sampling so the spec is built for it
