  • Face: T700 or T300 raw carbon, grit or textured coating, Kevlar/aramid hybrid, fiberglass, graphite, poplar or maple
  • Core: polypropylene honeycomb, commonly 11–16mm; foam options on selected builds
  • Cold-pressed or thermoformed unibody
  • Shapes: standard (about 16 x 7.5 in), elongated (about 16.5 x 7.5 in), hybrid, wide-body
  • Finished weight typically 7.6–8.6 oz

    Share your target player, price range, quantity and timeline. Artwork files (AI, PDF or high-resolution PNG) and reference paddles speed things up.

    Spec and quote

    We recommend a construction, confirm MOQ and lead time, and quote by quantity tier.

    Artwork proof

    You receive a digital mockup to approve before anything is printed.

  4. 4

    Sample7–15 days

    A physical sample is made and checked, then shipped to you. Revisions are made until you sign off.

    Production25–45 days

    Mass production starts after you approve the sample.

    Inspection and shipping

    Goods are checked against the approved sample, then shipped worldwide by sea, air or express.

Branding

Print Methods That Last

UV printing gives sharp, full-color graphics on carbon and fiberglass faces. Sublimation suits vivid, full-face designs on fiberglass and graphite. Laser engraving works best on wooden paddles and for subtle marks on carbon.

Every design starts with a digital mockup, and the approved sample becomes the color and position standard for mass production.

We can support USA Pickleball approval testing for your model as an optional service, including preparing compliant specs and samples for submission.
