When Do Inspections Happen?

Material checkBefore production
Before production, we confirm face material, core and edge guard match the approved spec.

In-line checkDuring production
We check early units for print alignment, weight and finish, so issues are caught before the whole run is made.

Pre-shipment inspectionBefore shipping
When goods are finished and mostly packed, we inspect a sample of the order and report results to you with photos.

What Do We Check on Paddles?

Check	What we look for
Weight	Within the agreed range, for example 7.8–8.2 oz
Thickness and size	Core thickness, length, width and handle length match spec
Surface	No bubbles, dents, scratches, resin spots or uneven texture
Print	Color, position and sharpness match the approved artwork
Edge guard	Secure and even, no gaps or lifting
Grip and handle	Correct circumference, tight wrap, secure butt cap
Sound and feel	Tap test for voids or loose core; no rattles
Packaging	Correct box, inserts, barcodes and carton marks

If something is wrong

Rework Before Shipment, Support After Delivery

If an inspection finds units outside spec, we work with the factory to rework or replace them before shipment. If a verified defect is found after delivery, send us photos and details and we will work with you on a resolution. Specific terms are agreed in writing on each order.

Prefer a third-party inspector? We will coordinate access and timing with the factory.

USA Pickleball testing is separate from inspection. Inspection checks your goods match your sample; approval tests a model for tournament play. We can support USA Pickleball approval testing for your model as an optional service.
