Thermoformed Pickleball Paddle – Unibody Carbon OEM
A thermoformed unibody carbon paddle with heat-fused edges for added power, stability and durability. Built to your spec and brand, with sampling before production.
In a thermoformed paddle, the carbon faces and a carbon or composite sidewall are fused with heat and pressure into one unibody shell. This seals the core, strengthens the edges and usually adds pop compared to a standard cold-pressed build. Many current performance paddles use this construction, often with foam injected around the perimeter to increase stability on off-center hits.

Frequently asked questions
Is thermoformed better than cold-pressed?
It is different. Thermoformed paddles usually offer more power and edge durability, while cold-pressed paddles typically feel softer and cost less to produce. Many brands offer both.
Does thermoforming take longer to produce?
It can add some time to sampling and production. We confirm the lead time in your quote, but mass production typically still falls within 25–45 days after sample approval.
Can I choose edgeless?
Yes. Thermoformed builds are well suited to edgeless designs. We can sample both to compare.
Can you support USA Pickleball approval?
Yes, we can support USA Pickleball approval testing for your model as an optional service.
